Are there Focus Targets in Classic Beta? I normally apply this to the tank so I can see what they’re targeting and attack their target If not I will have to manually select the tank, then select their target In either case - is there a macro to start your attack sequence on the tank’s target (target of your target focus)?

I'd go with classic, but if you go retail I suggest the following: Start in your racial zone, go through the original zone (s), and once you reach Stormwind or Orgrimmar, when asked or given, go to Chromie and Select Cataclysm timeline It's the closest you can go to 'classic' without playing classic Best way to go to be honest, as someone who got into WoW during Battle for Azeroth Explore
