My Petsmart is hit and miss and it depends wholeheartedly on the type of fish you're buying from them Case in Point: I have 10 Columbian Tetra 's all bought from Petsmart They are some of the healthiest fish I've ever seen and a couple of them are pushing three inches, far beyond the 2 to 2 1 2" max
