I would suggest cleanly removing both Support Assist and Support Assist OS Recovery via the Control Panel Then enable the Hidden Items view in Windows Explorer and look at your OS (C) drive for the ProgramData and AppData Folders

I would give Support Assist a very wide berth It was the cause of BSODs on a friend's PC I fixed last year and it was very hard to remove all traces of it despite uninstalling the program Just review the Dell web site for upgrades for your Service Tag

I personally never used their Support Assist utility as I do all my own maintenance I just updated the 2 lapy's to Windows 10 and 10 removed the Support Assist anyway, not compatible
