Thr nurse at my Dr's office said I could take Colace (she reccomended generic for price) everyday with the iron Now that I know calcium was the real culprit I'm going to try the iron again w o the softeners first But I'm curious about the answers too

This exact thing happened to me yesterday I took Colace too long after I ate and was nauseous with in, what felt like, minutes I felt queasy all night and until early this AM I drank some milk and ate Tums and the feeling finely went away While I am not glad you experience this, I am glad you posted because I was wondering if I was alone! Sadly, I guess I am not! Thanks!

Do you take Colace in the capsule form? Can RNYers take capsules? I tried the liquid and completely gagged It seems the Colace capsules liquid are all that we can get here in Canada Also, do you take them 1-2 times a day every day Can it be taken long term?
