I have an issue that requires a real person to respond to it The automated support denies me every time If this is about a refund then for a manual ticket - In the Steam Client, go to: Help > Steam Support > Purchases > (name of game) > I have a question about this purchase If it is some other kind of support, then there it depends on what the issue is and may need a bit more explaining
