- Please Help! IP phones Unprovisioned, Cant Ping, Or Register
I don't have any more hair to pull out! I've been stuck trying to register these phones for the last month or so I know I'm missing a small detail, it's always something small that's missed Can someone please look over my configures and point me in the right direction It will be well appreciated,

The switch was reloaded by a collegue but the the statement persisted I applied the commands once again and I reloaded and it worked now There is no "unprovisioned" now The commads I typed are : 1) no switch 2 provision 2) switch 1 priority 1 Best Regards, Rikshit

CISCO SIP Phone 7841 shows up as Unprovisioned after the user logs out from Extension Mobility We have configured 501 as line for all SIP phones, this will be permenantly showed on the IP Phones unless someone logs in using extension mobility, The Extension mobility will supress the 501 and will display the logged on profile

However right now the phone displays Unprovisioned, I have tried removing it and readding it in the new CUCM cluster in with no luck The phone is in a DHCP environment but I am unable to perform a factory reset as the DHCP information for TFTP server would force it to connect to a different CUCM cluster and download different configuration

Hello Just remember depending on the location of the switch you wish to remove from the stack, its removal could cause the stack to split (if stack ring is only half open running at half speed) or with a full stack ring the stack ring will half whilst you remove the switch, Also if the switch has active uplinks it removal will cause a topology stp change on the network
