I am using a Brother mfc-j3965dw printer and cannot get it to print out envelope labels correctly using MS Word (Home Business 2013) I am using #10 envelopes, feeding through the manual feeder at the rear of the printer

The strange thing is, even though I do not save any of the unworking envelopes When I open word and try to do a fresh envelope, the previous attempted settings are what comes up I was finally able to print what I needed through Pages If I am unable to get things working in Word 2016 I guess I will have to change everything to Pages
