Roku doesn't support DISH Anywhere app, unless that has changed in the recent past I tried to add it to my Roku and it isn't an option in the app store, but you can stream DISH Anywhere app by connecting to another device using Screen Mirroring on your Roku device I know that the Amazon Fire Stick does support this app

Reset your DISH receiver and you should then let it reconnect to your router and then you should be able to see the locals If you are watching on an I pad or some other device reboot it also I had the problem with DISH anywhere with my dvr shows not showing for the day I was on and instead the day before

When using my iPad at home on my network (verizon dsl 5mbps 700kbps) my dish anywhere speed is around 5mbps and the HD is very nice At a family members house in another city (verizon fios 25mbps 15mbps) the dish anywhere speed is 700kbps and HD quality terrible

i noticed the Dish Anywhere app and site no longer has streaming on the channels that previously streamed without the need of the hopper DVR being connected, now every channel is streamed via hopper, this is a bad idea for when bad weather hits and you need the app to stream if you don't want to stream via your hopper

The Stupid DVR and receiver fees are one reason dish has lost several customers I use the RV pay as you go account and have three hopper 2's,one 222k and two 211k's on my account Originally I used the 3 hopper 2's which gave me 3 paired dish anywhere accounts with all channels including locals and dvr access from all receivers cost $25 month I don't use dvr any so I went back to using 222k
