All you have to do is to click on the ATO link under services in MYGOV to access ATO Online Services Then you select the employment drop down and then income statements

Hi @I-TING, Group certificates are now known as income statements or payment summaries If your employer uses Single Touch Payroll (STP) - this info will come straight to us as an income statement and pre-fill in your tax return so you don't have to enter the info into myTax yourself If your employer doesn't use STP, they will provide you with a payment summary Have a chat to your employer

I can access myGov app hoever when I try and use the ATO service I need to login with myGov which is fine but cannot get a code from the code generator app There is also no option for SMS or email code I have tried to make a new myGov ID however my ID cannot be verified with the new myGov ID (and a different email address was needed)

Hi Riley, You are right that we don't need MYGov ID to sign into the MyGov account But once we have answered two questions about ourselves when linking to the ATO, there is a message popped out saying that "Identity strength too weak to link to the ATO" and that "You are unable to link to the ATO using your myGov sign in details Select Cancel and sign back in using your strongest myGovID
