I used a XXXXXXX decoy and made a fiberglass mold of the body and the head I then use the 2 part eurathane foam available from USComposites com I used the 2lb density foam for the body and the 16lb density for the heads so the bills dont break Then I used tile mastic ( tile adhesive) and burlap to provide extra strength

I paid $110 for a used large puddle duck decoy body mold and mallard head molds of fleabay I picked up a teal wood duck body mold, two teal head molds, two wood duck head molds, and a pintail head mold for $170 including shipping from a guy on Ebay
