So I believe that there is a but because the screen recording does not work in any situation when a guest participant does not have a valid office 365 account I have checked the admin panel for teams and there is nothing about meeting recording

Hi Neha, Thanks for response Yes as You can see in minidump log, my machine is running Win 8 1 32-bit Running PC in Safe Mode is pointless because than, the bluetooth is disabled so BSOD can't occur I get BSOD only when my mouse (bluetooth mouse) is connected Other BT devices never cause any problems Computer is almost new, the problems started when I bought the Samsung Bluetooth Mouse

At first it was just a memory issue whoch caused the whole screen to become stripes and flash till it froze and i had to force shut it down to get it to stop This only happed when the screen went to sleep, so i changed the settings so it never went to sleep Then the new issue happened about a month later The mouse is stuck in the top right
