I think there is a better explanation: I have a very old DGT usb board I bought it in 2005 or so (definitely before 2008), and it was used already then So, it's very old chipset I am pretty sure that, despite advertising, the DGT LE is not compatible with such old boards

I've been in touch with CB several times about getting my Millennium, Certabo, Novag and DGT drivers working in Fritz and they don't seem interested Fritz works with the DGT Rabbit Plugin and is coded to make sure only that is used Your only option is to use a UCI "engine" to control the board in an engine vs engine game
