With the holidays approaching and my recent issues with USPS denying insurance claims, it has forced me to think ahead to the holiday shipping season I was just wondering if anyone else has any thoughts on this and or answers to a couple of questions I currently use ShipStation I have both UPS

I have a Twitter thread about this issue This morning someone said just make a new connection and it will work So I went into Shipstation settings to Selling Channels But I didn't want to make a whole new store So--find your Etsy shop and on the right click the drop box for actions Click edit

p Station will not recognize my shop, although I have entered the shop name with case sensitivity correction Also when uploading my logo, no matter what size I upload it continually cuts off the same parts of the image, first I used 300 pixel, then 500 and still cuts the logo in exact same location
