- HS80 pairing, but no sound coming through - Corsair Community
I've updated the firmware on both the dongle and headset Everything works fine with usb attached but soon as I detach it the wireless does not work System reads volume but nothing is coming through the headset
- HS80 Headset is no longer pairing with the dongle.
Dongle 5 7 115 if both must have the same version that could be the issue, now if i try to update the software on the headset it tells me that it is the latest version, if i force the update ICUE crash a few seconds later while looking for an update

If you lost your dongle buying a new dongle won't help, every dongle is connected to 1 headset, my headset was stolen but I had everything else just not the headset, I bought the same headset and tried if the dongle worked and it did not So you'll need to buy a new headset I know the feeling spent €200 on the same product Hi all

Posted May 7, 2021 I just bought the Dark Core RGB Pro mouse, nothing works when it is not wired, dongle doesn't work, bluetooth not picked up unless it is wired via the usb cable As soon as I unplug it, it disappears from the bluetooth discovered devices list, resetting does nothing 1 year later

Now plug the USB dongle in and manually upgrade the driver ie go into device manager and locate the dongle, select properties etc to manually upgrade the driver Point Windows to the sub diirectory where the driver is residing and you should be good to go
