I know some places will allow restorative permits It might mean someone from the county has to come out to review and approve I have heard of muck dissolving agents but have no experience with them but I would have to assume you would need a

If you look at many of those huge cuts parker opened on Tony's land I could easily see someone clearing the over burden then flooding the cut and dredging them vs all that expensive equipment parker used Just imagine the lower costs to maybe have both dredges in one cut while a minimal crew clears and prepares the next
