SMH vs SOXX? Thoughts? I know these are pretty similar ETFs, however, I'm still torn I would like to start investing in one, especially with the CHIPS act being passed I originally was leaning toward SMH due to the lower ER, but in looking at the holdings, I'm not sure if TSM being the top percentage holder is a good thing?
