Drolet (SBI) makes a nice stove just like the Englander brand I was looking at a Drolet Escape insert from northerntool and the reviews were all 4 and 5 stars

Initially I was looking at the Drolet Spark ii, so I went to a local dealer and asked if they could install one He was reluctant to back a 'big box store' stove and said he carries the Osburn 950 After coming home and doing some extensive research, I realized that they are almost identical except for a few things:

I'm seeing the drolet legend 3 for $1,700 and escape 2100 is $1,800 ($1,850 with Brush nickel trim), while the osburn 330 is $2,550 - $3,000 All the others you mentioned seemed to be well over $3,000 Pleasant Hearth HWS-2200 is even cheaper, at 1,350 Just not sure of the quality of the product

Hi The rheostat variable fan speed control has shorted out on my stoves blower (drolet 1800i insert) For now I have bypassed the rheostat and metal temp sensor, and the fan will turn on high, always on when you plug it in The wire now comes in the fan housing, (is still grounded) and goes

The Drolet kit from Costco is a great deal Hard to beat and a decent medium-size heater The Morso insert is no longer sold in the US Did you mean one of their tiny freestanding stoves? If so, another F400 or F3CB would be my preference for the larger fuel capacity In used, the Hampton H200 300 and the Hearthstone Shelburne are also worth considering if they would fit
