Dupixent definitely helped me however maybe after 6 months I started getting flaky eczema on my face and scalp (Seborrhoeic dermatitis) I have it under control though using ProTopic and Ketocanozole and using oatmeal moisturiser It wasn’t enough to make me stop Dupixent because my eczema was so bad 3 years later my skin finally looks normal
