Just bought an ESAB Rustler 280 and my only complaint is that there's NO chart for voltage and wire feed settings I got it yesterday and the quick setup guide is nothing more than an assembly guide The manual is no help either as far as operation Anyone have any pointers on how to tell my HS students where to set volts wirespeed?

ESAB being ESAB, I don't think you could go wrong buying either machine Maybe the EM 210 comes with a better warranty or higher quality parts? Some around here are fans of Primeweld's offerings as well but I'm not sure how those hold up in a production shop, they seem more aimed at the hobbyist market

One of the units at work is a Millermatic 250 I own an ESAB Migmaster 250 Between the two the Migmaster is easily my favorite unit to run The Migmaster produces a softer smoother arc then the Millermatic 250 The weld puddle wetout with the Migmaster is much better too The only advantage I can give to the Millermatic 250 would be ease of finding consumables To make it easy for me to pick
