One of the units at work is a Millermatic 250 I own an ESAB Migmaster 250 Between the two the Migmaster is easily my favorite unit to run The Migmaster produces a softer smoother arc then the Millermatic 250 The weld puddle wetout with the Migmaster is much better too The only advantage I can give to the Millermatic 250 would be ease of finding consumables To make it easy for me to pick

Re: ESAB 350mpi help If it truly is a single phase machine you can flip the voltage selector in back to 230v, it should have an 8 guage power cord on it, green is ground, white is one leg and black is the other, tape off the red Some of the units like older millers used white and red, I have see a couple ESABs like that in the past also

Not meaning a VS feeder but is there a feeder output like 24 or 110 volt or is the plug on the back just for voltage sense and trigger? Sounds like a LOT of machine for the money

Re: Help with Esab Caddy c200i parameters First off, ignore Q-set and amps Neither have anything to do with flux core Set voltage and wire speed according to the data sheet for the wire you're using A few examples: 50 ipm, 13 - 14V 150 ipm, 14 - 15V 300 ipm, 18 - 19V Again, Q-set on the ESAB machines and Auto-set on the Millers, are for hard
