Etrade just completed their transition to the Morgan Stanley numbering system I am trying to link my accounts for automated transaction downloading

Since Morgan Stanley Quicken Etrade no longer supports importing transactional data into Quicken Classic I'm curious how others are tracking this?

Are you trying to add a personal E*Trade Brokerage account or E*Trade IRA?
