American Airlines became the first carrier to resume reservation restrictions when it made its basic economy fares non-changeable and non-refundable However, the airline is still allowing changes for international flights originating outside North or South America through May 31 (with the exception of Asia)

As you discovered, Southwest Vacations is a separate company unrelated to Southwest Airlines There have been numerous posts in this Community about their lack of customer service and I personally would not advise doing business with them I would like to understand what happened to you regarding the flights and credits related to flights better though since anything related to flights
