Per Ecotech's costumer service I'm going to open it up and look for anything obvious and thought I would open both lights to compare And clean the fan I suppose Anything else obvious I should look for? While they said to send it in it sounds like if there is a part needed I'm S O L due to their age

Ecotech told me that if I followed instructions and am using a good usb cable, there is a hardware issue with the lights I doubt that’s the case and one of the lights was previously re-connected to the sellers reeflink to confirm it can connect
