Hi, You are right about Edgepark, for my first order I waited 3 weeks, and ran out of supplies Had to go the ER for some supplies I use Medline, once you give them the insurance info , and get a prescription from the doctor, they will text you when they think its time for you to order, and ship it fedx to you free, 3 to 4 days

Have been Edgepark customer for 4+ yrs now; and yes way too many hic=cups with their customer service product knowledge Even tho I order on-line, auto ship; still get gobs of unnecessary duplicated phone calls, texts; it's like the left hand doesn't know what the right hand knows or is doing
