I just got my accounts setup with BMO and good lord is their online banking site is awful compared to RBC First off, RBC and Tangerine (I use Tangerine for a shared account between me and my wife) both allow you to quickly and easily create nicknames for all of your accounts directly through the web interface

I have been unable to access my WE MC account via online banking or the app since last Sunday I just called and the rep didn't even know there was a problem, he tried to claim that I needed to refresh my browser
