Hi! I have set up a public event on MS Teams Town hall but it will not allow external attendees to join via the 'join link' and the error is either that the system does not support or that they do not have access This is for both iOS and Android users Can you please help?

I'm an Admin for an org and one of my users can't be able to attend the Townhall meeting from the Android device Checked the Townhall settings and mobile enrollment to the Organization Also, turned off the automatic recording feature, as it might cause some glitches on mobile devices Need support from MS Team here
