Went to Epicure on a recent trip to Paris It was one of the more disappointing 3* experiences I’ve had I found the food to be very bland and in memorable We also really disliked the service - not only did it feel stuffy, but the Somm poured us wines BTG for a pairing that wound up costing us €85 per glass (€170 per course between the two of us), with no mention of price until the bill

- Should we keep our Epicure reservation made for after Frechon . . . - Reddit
I know Epicure has an excellent reputation, but because we don't get to Paris often (we last visited seven years ago and, incidentally, had to cancel our Epicure reservation for that trip due to illness) and the price point I'm on the fence about keeping our table versus booking at another 3* or high 2* restaurant
