A FASS system ie pump and filters is around $600 to $700 and feed it from the bottom not the top Fuel pressure should be 16 psi @ the injector pump! 03 QCLB- Built with scraps, and junk from the dumpster, but it runs Gets 16 to 22 8 mpg with LS-7 water pump, electric parts, Gauges Coolant PSI, and temp, EGT, Boost, Trans temp
  • FASS vs AirDog. . . . . You Decide! - The Truck Stop
A few things to note about the components… 1 – The FASS comes with 3 8” fuel line and the AirDog comes with 1 2" Both had enough to leave approx 1 – 2’ of fuel line remaining after the install I like the AirDog’s fuel lines better 2 – The AirDog comes with much nicer fittings for the fuel lines and the connectors lend themselves well if you decide to use steel braided lines
  • Fass Fuel system | Cummins Diesel Forum
I have had a fass system on my 97 for several years with zero issues for reliability As far as fuel delivery the stock system pump can handle lots more than what the truck requires The ad on filter kits what the other poster showed are a great addition on a 2012 and older

FOUND POSSIBLE PROBLEM: FASS loses prime, where to look for air leak OK, so when I first installed my FASS it was working great But it had this god awful noise I posted a video in another post So I started by double checking all the lines and fittings and found no issues Didn't find
  • FASS System and CAT Filter | Cummins Diesel Forum
All, I currently have a FASS Fuel System setup on the truck bypassing the stock filter bowl straight into the injection pump I am interested in adding the CAT 2 micron filter setup in place of the stock filter canister Placing the CAT filter in between the FASS and the injection pump Is there
  • Whats the right lift pump for me? FASS | Cummins Diesel Forum
The 95 series FASS and the 150 series FASS each have a fuel filter and water seperator The difference is the 95 series filters are smaller and only last 1 3 to 1 2 as long as the 150 series filters The benefit of the 95 series is that it is a more compact unit and is a little cheaper than the 150 series
