My dad that lives down in Troop C (pasco county) was wondering if FHP changed the color of the cars and uniforms? I’m seeing cars that are kind of a grayish tanish brownish as far as the uniform, im thinking they may be a duty uniform (i don't know what the proper term may be) the one-piece uniforms, for training, with the patches for badges am i making sense?

FHP takes a very long time to process all willing to join I am looking into FHP recruitment as well, and sometimes money isn't the #1 reason people go into law enforcement

FHP pays overtime unlike many other departments (at least in the areas of the state I have worked in) We pay overtime for court and for late calls We also have a program called SOAR that allows a trooper to work an extra 12 hours a week if they choose There are other overtime programs available but SOAR is the main one
