For being extremely satisfied with customer service I probably had at least 15 hrs of phone time with Mike Aiello to work through software and a hardware issue plus taking the time to even show me how to draw the parts I needed to get building my 80 series bumpers and start putting the machine to work right away

I am having issues with my 4800 binding on the Y axis Machine is about 6 years old It is level, I have replaced the bearing cassettes, belts, cleaned the rails as well as possible They do show some minor imperfections due to the water and debris that gets on them Seems the worst on the

The rip cut is very handy I use it all the time your video was very useful I was trying to rip cut basically square out of a piece of steel but retaining the factory edge on the one Y and X axes
