I have the Festool system (LR32) and think it works great However, I didn't buy the whole kit The whole kit comes with two 5mm bits and a 35mm bit I have zero need for any of them since I use 1 4" bits for my shelf holes and do my 35mm holes on a drill press

The Festool is fine if all it does is stay attached to a tool but I prefer an all around vac for the jobsite rather than having to carry two vacuums with me Just my two cents I'm leaning to that as well, I love the Fein so much why switch Now that I know the Festool products will attach - I think that seals the deal

Having recently sold my cabinet saw I am now in the market for a track saw The local tool guy has the Makita track saw in stock versus driving 2 hrs for the Festool My question though is Makita going to offer any additional accessories such as router adapters etc to their guide system? Seems like a track setup can be much more versatile than just using it as a saw guide
