If you have good TF pieces then 2 Atk 2TF will likely be your best bet For main stats you just want to go Atk Electro Crit Rate As stated above EM is only good in Dendro teams, and even then an EM sands and Atk% sands are about the same value You never run an EM goblet or circlet in any Fischl build

Fischl was the best at the time of giving particles and having Oz for off field damage This was also before Eosf and sealord as weapon so it was harder to get damage and energy
