Just to add here, I met with the Cryptic Rumor Department one week ago and I was told everything is in a holding pattern right now for the library site plans- the idea of a 14-20 story building anchor with Fiserv in the wings is still the “good rumor” plan I was told we would likely not have any announcements until Q 1 of 2022
