I have used 5 star and Fishermans many times both old and new locations They both do a great job processing your fish I ALWAYS use 5 mil bags as I feel it keeps it fresh much longer Also less popping of bags while waiting to get cooked I live in Northern California 500 miles from the landing I reserve my processing months in advance and I use the processor the boat doesn't use to auto off
