Welcome to the forum! The photos provided don't appear to be a fossil of any kind As @Rockwood mentioned it looks like a rock with a mineral inclusion of some kind, I've heard of mixed agate and quartz, zeolites, and other goodies coming out of the Columbia River, but this doesn't look like them
