Coolant is a very confusing issue Freightliner gets the engines from the RV manufacturer with no fluids Freightliner puts in ethylene glycol (EG) My Detroit Diesel gets extended life coolant (ELC) if put in at the engine plant, but has EG in it from Freightliner So my DD engine manual talks about ELC, the Freightliner manual talks about EG
