Ok so if you drop Ground package into express box We can scan Ground on the LEO's but not Smartpost The way the Express hubs I worked at works is they get diverted at the end of the night on night sort by someone Express shit gets sent out, anything non-Express pulled off Then the next day they get picked up by Ground
