QGIS 3 18 1 used here to export to geopdf No errors or issue exporting this but the check in Adobe Illustrator (v25 2 1) shows the Polygon layer 'Markdata riks' is missing or not getting exported This might be due to a couple of reasons Too many vertices in the polygon (you need to generalise the data before export)

geoPDF: non-geo PDF: When I use the PDF to Tiff conversion tool, the geoPDF has the two options PDF Map and Write GeoTIFF Tags enabled (able to be changed) and the non-geo PDF has both of these options disabled The geoPDF outputs a georeferenced TIFF file, the other one outputs an un-referenced TIFF (and gives a warning to say as much)

The gdal_translate docs specify a " prj" file for the -a_srs argument, try renaming your target wkt to target prj You also need to grab the extent coordinates from geopdf pdf and pass in the -a_ullr argument

3 I would like to remove the orthoimage layer from a USGS Topo GeoPDF map I have Adobe Acrobat Pro 9, but can't find a way to delete a layer I've tried setting the layer to "Never export" then exporting the pdf, but the image is still there (and in the process I have somehow deleted the geo-referencing info)
