Has anyone had similar problems with the red scrolling display for the acw 4 5 and goldline? The display is from cryptopay and came with our retrofit kit It was installed for less than a year and began to lose vertical stripes of lights Now we have to get a new one to the tune of $475

Only noticeable differences between the Commander and Goldline is the touch screen and the big price tag I think it may be a tough sell for many washes that already have a Goldline unless there is an affordable conversion path New installations that are considering an ICS may look at the commander as a lower cost solution

A "Unexpected coin drop" tells me that there is a problem with the Hopper Payout switch Take the Hopper out and take the cover to get at the switch Clean any debris or dirt from under the switch arm If after cleaning the payout switch it still goes off line replace the switch Another way to tell if the payout switch is bad is to grab the top of the Hopper and give it a couple of good
