Guild Wars 2, even with all its issues, still has a good active fanbase (way more compared to GW1 ) and a market that is willing to spend So producing new skins, mounts, remastered assets, graphic updates and QoL improvements in GW2, imo, is a better way to generate steady and immediate revenue compared to remaster a 20 years old mmorpg

Guild Wars Reforged doesn't include any bonus items, but the Eye of the North does include one, the Igneous Summoning Stone (Fire Imp) If you only purchased Guild Wars Reborn after the Dec 3rd launch, the only Bonus item you may get is the Fire Imp, and only if you have Eye of the North (or the game recognizes that you do)
