I did not waste time calling (as sometimes HSN will mark the merchandise back up) and received almost $50 00 in refunds (merchandise price difference plus any tax paid on amount refunded) I am ecstatic because anything saved is a good thing! @taci I am still doing homework on the pans from the TS As I said previously, Sarah, at least said Plastic a couple of times, but decided to take a chance There has been quite a number of views on the Hex Clad pans and that it is actually a ceramic base that gives them the great rating However, all sites have warned against putting them in the dishwasher because of the detergent one uses
