This suggests strongly to me that the Robbins hallmark was added later by hand and is NOT integral to the original strike 3) I also believe that the Robbins use of the Winged R is a post war-50's hallmark (but I am also aware of some controversy that this may be a hallmark that was used late in WWII)

Here are several US parachute badge made by Denmark's Military Equipment Corporation Located in Astoria, New York, Denmarks was a maker of military insignia for many years Unfortunately, they are no longer in business These examples show both the D22 Hallmark and the older 6D hallmark There is one unusual pin back master parachute badge that may be either altered or custom ordered

First some background on the Pasquale hallmark question In one of the later reprintings of J Duncan Campbell's important book on Aviation Badges and Insignia of the United States Army 1913-1946, he addes a single paragraph on Pasquale hallmarks (in my book, page 96)
