I recently acquired a Headrush pedalboard, and all though it is very intuitive in regards to its UI, I'd like to start this thread so that users may have a place to gain some knowledge from other members From tips tricks, favorite 3rd party IRs that work best with certain amp models

The Headrush has a better user interface and is pretty easy to set up as well The Line 6, isn't as user friendly ON THE UNIT itself, but the PC software is much more advanced than the others I find it quicker to dial in my Boss on the unit itself and only used the software to back it up For what you're wanting, I say Helix

I just happened to run into a Headrush Pedalboard in excellent condition on Facebook Marketplace, with a Gator Case for 300 bucks I couldn't pass it up Got it home and updated the firmware because the person who had it never updated it So much easier to use than the MX5 because of the larger screen and more footswitches

The Helix definitely seems superior in every way to the Headrush, the selection, models, etc But the Headrush sounds much fuller The Helix sounds a little scooped (what Andertons pointed out in a few videos) and every time I listen to a Helix sound then other gear it sounds like it's actually a thinner frequency range
