Exhausted all avenues, cant login to thinkorswim Anyone go through something similar? Ever since I was migrated over to schwab I have had no access to the desktop application Every time I try to login, my user ID just disappears from the input bar I can log into the mobile app and the web based app but not desktop

So, I'm able to login to thinkorswim on my laptop and my iphone except my desktop pc For some reason, everytime I type my login id and hit continue everything goes blank and makes me re-type my login id again for an unlimited amount without taking me to the next portion which is typing my password for me to login

I was unable log into TOS after the Schwab update I called the 1-800 number and was told, after the Schwab TOS update, you must switch the account dropdown in the settings, to TD (Bottom lower left corner gear symbol ) This changed the log in screen from blue back to the normal green I am in the last group to transition I feel that the update should not have defaulted to Schwab I was able

Desktop App Login Broken on 6-5-24? TOS desktop app not moving to password screen after pressing "continue" on userid screen Anyone else experiencing this? Edited: FWIW, ToS magically started working this afternoon

On thinkorswim, when you get to the login screen hit the gear on the lower left then select "Clear Cache and restart" I did that and it worked now perfectly
