AI Aggro Cap Fixed a bug that caused NPCs more than 111' feet away from their primary target to have inverted priorities with regards to the aggro cap - i e taunted foes and high ranking foes would be lower priority and more likely to de-aggro or switch to ranged attacks due to the cap instead of higher priority as intended
