I don't know how much but considering loperamide's safety profile in high doses then you might be better off settling for feeling something like 80% instead of 100% since it's only one 24 hour period Besides, There is often an adjustment period when switching opioids anyways - even with equivalent doses - so for you to take enough lope to feel 100% will probably require a pretty heavy over

I'll post once I get off the imodium since there aren't much posts about how you feel after tapering off I've only read posts about how people got off at high dosage and felt a long horrible withdrawal like subs or methadone Also if anyone did successfully taper off imodium, did you get the PAWS or any depression?

Imodium is technically an opiod the last i checked that doesn't cross the blood brain barrier I've been taking it for almost 6 months and I'm up to having to take 10mg (2mg being the average dose) I haven't taken it for about 4 days now, how long will it take to get my tolerance down so i can start using it again?

Thanks for the response I'm taking like 2 pills a day which are 2 mg each lol I'll go through the imodium withdrawal if there is any I'll take a stomach ache over general suboxone withdrawal any day
- why does loperamide have so many drug interactions??
Loperamide has opioid effects so it's probably listed as having interactions with any other opioids If that's the only reason why I wouldn't take it to mean much It's probably just indicating that loperamide and opioids can both cause constipation and compound on each other Stuff like that Or so id assume
