Open up the in-game overlay (by default ALT + Z), go to settings (the cog icon), select the Keyboard shortcuts option From there, for every shortcut that you want to un-bind disable, click on them and press Backspace

SOLVED in the Nvidia app the overlay would be on without playing a game (Click Alt + R if you see something similar but not exactly as this, it could be that for you, my problem was different but just letting you know) Like the title says, I have a thing at top right of screen saying my fps, gpu, cpu, and lat (?)

Blitz and Mobalytics both had a weird overlay lag When I'd click on an element of the overlay for information, it would take a full 2-3 seconds for it to respond This obviously leads you to clicking again, thinking you misclicked, which will actually just immediately close the menu once it finally loads open
