On my desktop computer I can not sign in at all, whether in MSN Premium or using IE I do get the initial sign in screen but when I click sign in it just goes blank, never even get to enter password

Thanks for your response, but when I sign into my main msn account, it takes me right to mymsn com homepage I don't see the option for "Help Settings" Just to be clear, I already have two email accounts, but have to log out out of one and log in to the other using the separate email addresses each time Thanks for your time
