I've tried restarting my PC, updating windows, re-installing the software, nothing has worked so far The microphone works just fine (in terms of receiving audio input) but the RGB has gone completely dark and any attempts at opening the microphone's settings in ngenuity tell me to once again update the firmware Anyone manage to solve similar issues? I just got my cloud 3 and I plugged them in and download the ngenuity software and it says that i have to plug in my hyperx product but it already is plugged in

i got a Hyperx Core Origins keyboard and I installed NGenuity I was messing around with changing the color modes and what not, but when I try to save the mode to one of profile keys, it says that it saved, but switching doens't do anything and I lose that profile when I make another one Can anyone here help me?
