The "My Account" login for personal, on CRA web site seems to be down for the past few days Has anyone experienced the same issue or it is my computer? As well as what others have suggested you can log into your Service Canada account and use its CRA link to see your CRA account (But that won't be a solution if you are trying to use your tax software's autofill option )
